Sorption of water under stress

I am thinking about an experimental set up to do cyclic sorption and desorption of composite materials (glass and carbon reinforced polyester, epoxy and pu resins) under either uniform stress and strain.I would be very grateful if any one can anyone some light on it and suggest possible procedure and experimental set up.
